If you see Kris Willey, creator of Women of the Green Generation, on your way to the top, give her a high five. This Coconut Bliss rep-turned-eco-preneur started hosting gatherings at Vernare's living showroom in June for eco-minded go-getters to network and hear inspiring speakers. The response to her new group has been overwhelming, she said. About 45 women attended her most recent event celebrating raw foods at the Vernare eco-showroom in West Hollywood. Organized by Women of the Green Generation, the event attracted an almost all-women crowd (follow link to read entire article)

"Women of the Green Generation was started by Kris Willey, a green event planner and natural product representative, back in May this year. After hearing from a number of women who expressed interest in a women-only green business networking event, Kris started hosting the events at Vernare Living Showroom in West Hollywood in June."
